📍 Return & Inspection Options
If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with one of the following:
- Option 1: You may be asked to return the product in its original packaging (box + accessories). Once received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days.
- Option 2: In some cases, we may arrange a pickup and directly send a replacement within 7–14 working days.
