All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is faulty or not working as described

- Requests within 7 days of delivery are eligible for free replacement.
- After 7 days, replacement requests may include additional handling or shipping charges.

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you with the next steps.

📍 Return & Inspection Options

If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with one of the following:

  • Option 1: You may be asked to return the product in its original packaging (box + accessories). Once received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days.
  • Option 2: In some cases, we may arrange a pickup and directly send a replacement within 7–14 working days.
